My Shareholding

Shareholding details and receiving shareholder communications:
 
Legislative changes made to the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) effective 1 April 2022 means there are new options available to shareholders to elect how to receive your communications (such as meeting documents, dividend statements and annual reports). We will no longer send you a hard copy meeting documents unless you request a copy to be posted.
 
We encourage shareholders to provide an email address so we can communicate with you electronically when shareholder notices become available online. You can make a standing election to receive some or all of your shareholders communications in physical or electronic form.
 
To review or update your current communication preference, simply log on to the share registry’s website with your portfolio login details and select the ‘Communications’ tab at the top of the page.

Shareholders can use the Link Investor Centre to:

  • Set up and add their holdings to a portfolio
  • Review and update their contact details, communication preferences and payment instructions
  • Provide their TFN and/or ABN
  • View their holding details
  • Make online enquiries

To create a Portfolio login, you will need your Security Reference Number (SRN) or Holder Identification Number (HIN). Your SRN/HIN is available on your holding statement.
